Gabe practices all types of commercial litigation, with a focus on energy, construction, legal malpractice, and fiduciary duty matters.

Gabe has tried cases to a verdict for both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration. His recent trial wins include a complete defense victory over an $800 million legal malpractice claim; an eight-figure jury verdict on behalf of an oil-and-gas executive; and a successful three-month trial of a construction dispute resulting in a nine-figure settlement for his client.

Gabe joined Gibbs & Bruns in 2019 after beginning his litigation career with Norton Rose Fulbright in Houston.
