John Labbé is an accomplished trial lawyer and patent attorney who represents clients in high-stakes life sciences litigation. His work includes representing clients in cases under the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA) and the Hatch-Waxman Act. He has extensive experience representing clients in federal courts nationwide.

John has represented clients in significant patent disputes involving biologics, pharmaceuticals, and emerging technologies. Within the firm, John serves as Chair of the Library Committee and supports attorney development, legal research initiatives, and firm operations through committee leadership and service.
