Justin focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, with an emphasis on representing private equity sponsors in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and general corporate matters. He has a diverse corporate practice with an emphasis on representing private equity sponsors in connection with a wide range of investment and liquidity strategies and general corporate matters across multiple industries. He also represents public and private companies (including the portfolio companies of private equity funds), credit funds, secondary funds, and family wealth offices. Justin is also Co-Chair of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry Group and has extensive experience in behavioral health, physician practice management, home health, wellness, and other healthcare services businesses. In addition to his healthcare and life sciences experience, Justin has deep expertise across a variety of industries including industrial and business services, aerospace and defense, environmental services, food and beverage, consumer products, marketing and media, technology, transportation and logistics, financial services, construction, and hospitality.
