For more than 25 years, Matt has represented private equity investors in various transactions. He also represents public and private companies in M&A transactions.

Matt concentrates his practice in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He joined the firm in 1994 and has been a partner since 2002. He is the former head of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice and a former member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
