John Drosick

John focuses his practice on litigating product liability matters, mass tort cases, and other complex commercial disputes, and has experience representing companies from the start of litigation through trial.

John is an associate with the firm’s product liability and mass torts group and one of the firm’s PRIDE associate liaisons. John represents various large companies in product liability and mass tort disputes in federal and state court, with clients including Monsanto, Abbott Laboratories, Whirlpool, Boeing, and Motorola. He has experience in all aspects of litigation and has been part of multiple successful trial teams, including a team that won a unanimous defense verdict in the mass tort Roundup litigation, another team that won a unanimous defense verdict in the mass tort involving Abbott’s specialized infant formula, and another team that secured a US$105 million plaintiff verdict against Ford Motor Company in a trade secret misappropriation and breach of contract case.
