Alexander focuses on a wide variety of mergers & acquisitions, private equity, aircraft finance, venture capital, and financing transactions in the United States and Latin America.

Alexander represents clients in M&A, private equity, venture capital, private investment fund, and financing transactions in the United States and Latin America, primarily in the technology, telecommunications, fintech, and financial services industries. Before joining the firm, Alexander served as a Corporate Counsel for SoftBank, including as the first member of the corporate legal team at the SoftBank Latin America Fund. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
