Matt Stevens - Winston Taylor

Matt is the Chair of the firm’s globally recognized M&A/Private Equity practice. He is a veteran M&A attorney who represents both public companies and private equity clients on a wide range of strategic M&A transactions, investments, and other corporate matters, both in the U.S. and internationally.

Matt advises clients with respect to a wide variety of corporate transactions, particularly focusing on M&A and private equity transactions, and has significant cross-border experience throughout the world. He also regularly advises publicly and privately held companies with respect to corporate governance and board-related matters.
