Steve D’Amore - Winston Taylor

Steve serves as Chairman of Winston Taylor. Having spent more than 30 years at the firm, Steve is focused on strengthening client relationships, supporting the firm’s collaborative culture, and guiding its continued international growth. Prior to becoming Chairman in 2024, he was Co-Chair of the Litigation Department for 10 years and served as a member of the Executive Committee.

In addition to leading the firm, Steve maintains an active trial practice and advises clients on business disputes in state and federal courts across the nation and in U.S. and international arbitration forums. He is an accomplished trial lawyer who has represented clients in complex litigation and jury trials throughout the country. His practice spans commercial, product liability, tax, and other business litigation matters, with a particular focus on the life sciences, financial services, professional services, and agribusiness industries.
