Pat is a litigator who represents clients in product liability, product-related class action, and other complex and multidistrict litigation in courts across the country.

Pat is a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of its Product Liability and Mass Torts and Complex Commercial Litigation groups. He represents manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in multidistrict and class action litigation in state and federal courts across the country, focusing on product liability and mass tort litigation and product-related class actions involving allegations of failure to warn or false or deceptive advertising. He has experience in nearly all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling and strategy development through appeal.
