Brad Mandel focuses his practice on representing both sponsors and institutional investors in all matters relating to the formation of private investment funds.  Brad also has deep experience representing buyers, sellers and fund sponsors in the growing secondary market, including representing both buyers and sellers in ‘traditional’ secondary transactions and sponsors and investors in GP-led fund restructurings and other complex structured secondaries.
