Our international arbitration practice group is one of the few practices of its kind with offices in the key arbitration centers of Hong Kong, London, New York, Paris, and Washington, D.C. This internationally based team enables us to work seamlessly in all kinds of arbitrations, anywhere in the world and under almost any type of law. Our leading international arbitration practice is a stand-alone, globally integrated group that builds teams across offices to meet the specific needs of each case with qualified personnel.

Our practitioners come from a rich cultural background and are qualified in multiple jurisdictions. They are native or fluent speakers of, among other languages, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, English, Hungarian, Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Ukrainian. Our team members belong to leading arbitration and mediation panels and include practitioners who have experience sitting as an arbitrator, mediator, and expert determiner.

Successful resolution of an international dispute begins well before arbitration proceedings are commenced and requires assertive follow-through after they are completed. We advise and assist our clients on every stage of the process, from drafting arbitration clauses at the outset, negotiating or mediating a dispute wherever possible (often resolving the dispute before proceedings are commenced), right through to preparing and conducting arbitration cases from start to finish and acting as advocates at arbitration hearings.
