Audrey’s practice focuses on private equity transactions and, more broadly, on M&A transactions for investment funds, directors, and managers. Audrey is a Partner in the Private Equity department of Winston Taylor's Paris office, where she works within the team led by Grine Lahreche. She advises clients on domestic and cross-border corporate and private equity matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and private equity transactions.
