Career
Elizabeth D’Aunno represents defense and technology companies in complex, high-stakes government investigations and disputes. Ms. D’Aunno specializes in matters involving government contracts and stakeholders across the national security community. She advises clients on a range of issues, including fraud and the False Claims Act, procurement, handling of sensitive information, cybersecurity, and insider risk. Ms. D’Aunno litigates contract claims in the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims. She also manages data breach investigations and advises clients in related enforcement actions by state and federal regulators. Clients rely on Ms. D’Aunno’s strategic leadership and compelling advocacy to help them navigate their most difficult challenges and achieve results that benefit the business.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. D’Aunno served as a contractor supporting the Department of Defense and the National Security Division of the Department of Justice, where she focused on homeland defense and domestic counterterrorism efforts. She has also worked at the Department of State and the Office of the White House Counsel.
