Career

Jonathan Paikin is a trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience representing companies, nonprofit organizations, and individuals in high-stakes complex litigation matters before federal and state appellate and trial courts in numerous jurisdictions, as well as in arbitration. He has extensive experience litigating complex commercial matters with serious financial implications, consumer class actions, government enforcement investigations and proceedings, mass arbitrations, qui tam lawsuits, technology-related disputes, and cases involving Native American tribal interests. Mr. Paikin also provides confidential advice to clients with public profiles on policy issues, litigation strategy, mass arbitrations, pending and newly enacted legislation and compliance with various federal regulations.

In addition, Mr. Paikin has an active pro bono practice.
