Dr. Jekkie Kim advises life sciences and technology companies, as well as their investors and lenders on a broad range of matters. She has extensive experience advising clients on complex corporate business transactions, including those related to artificial intelligence and digital health, and focuses her practice on emerging companies and venture capital matters, strategic licensing and collaborations, and complex commercial transactions.

Drawing on her background as a medical doctor with clinical experience and her role as a member of the Institutional Review Board at Mass General Brigham (formerly Massachusetts General Hospital), Dr. Kim provides sophisticated, effective, and practical strategies that are both creative and efficient for her clients throughout their lifecycle.

Dr. Kim regularly speaks and writes on AI, digital health, healthcare, and life sciences related topics. She is an advisor to Stanford SPARK, a translational program that allows Stanford students and professors to generate drug and diagnostic proofs-of-concept for potential commercialization, using academic approaches combined with industry standards.

Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Kim was a partner at another international law firm.
