Craig Adas is Co-Managing Partner of Weil's Silicon Valley office. Craig’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and securities, with particular emphasis on leveraged buyouts, private and public acquisitions and dispositions, tender offers, going private transactions, joint ventures and securities offerings. He also regularly serves as counsel to boards of directors and special committees on corporate governance and other strategic matters.
