Romain Letard is a partner based in the Paris office. His practice involves a wide variety of corporate and financial transactions, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, both for public and private companies, and private equity. He joined the Firm in 2016.

Romain graduated from the ESSEC Business School (Grande Ecole) in 2014, and attended courses in Singapore (Core Track program) and Chicago (Chicago Booth MBA courses). He also received a Master’s degree in Business Law (Master 2 – Droit des Affaires, with honors) in 2014 from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
