Jean-Christophe David is a partner in the Finance department of Weil in Paris. Jean-Christophe specializes in leveraged acquisition financing, both domestic and cross-border. He works for both private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He also works for lenders, in particular on complex financing carried out by private debt funds (unitranche, PIK, second lien, mezzanine). Alongside the European High Yield tea, Jean-Christophe has been involved in the structuring of a number of high yield issued by French issuers.

He has also participated in numerous financial restructurings, both in-court and out-of-court.
