Guillaume de Danne is a partner based in the Paris office. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions. He joined the Firm in 2016.

Guillaume graduated from the French business school HEC Paris (Grande Ecole) in 2015. He also received a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Master 2 – Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité, with honors) in 2015 from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
