Emmanuelle Henry, a Corporate partner in Weil’s Paris office, acts on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on leveraged buyouts. She regularly represents private equity sponsors in connection with LBO acquisitions, disposals and other private equity transactions.
