Bruno advises on judicial and extrajudicial restructurings and bankruptcies with a focus on advising creditors and investors interested in the acquisition of assets or granting financing to companies under or at risk of insolvency. He has experience in arbitration and strategic dispute resolution involving civil and corporate matters, credit recovery, class actions, and consumer law.
He represents some of the largest national and international companies and groups across different sectors, including energy, banking, financial services, technology, digital media, automotive, pharmaceutical, agriculture, construction, and retail.
