Luciano has experience in internal investigations, due diligence, implementation of compliance programs (including alignment with ESG principles), and representing companies in matters involving anti-corruption and money laundering.

He conducts complex and sensitive internal investigations for publicly traded companies, focusing on allegations against high-level executives. He stands out as a leader in emerging areas.

Luciano also has solid experience in advising companies in their interactions with the public sector, assisting in the construction of narratives and defense of interests.
