Paloma represents sponsors, local and global investors, and financial institutions in the development and financing of infrastructure projects across several industries, such as energy, oil and gas, sanitation, logistics, ports, transportation, and public lighting. She acts on structured and project finance, with a strong focus on cross-border non-recourse transactions that connect the national project pipeline to global investors. Paloma also has significant experience in identifying, allocating, and mitigating risks in various projects, as well as practical knowledge and expertise in handling complex and multi-source financing and intercreditor structures.

She was a senior in-house counsel at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for four years in Washington, D.C.
