Daniel advises national and multinational companies, private equity funds, financial institutions, startups, and entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and real estate investments, focusing on legal due diligence and the assessment of strategic risks associated with different types of transactions and sectors of the economy. His practice covers risk analysis of corporate, contractual, civil, labor, and tax litigation, regulatory, real estate, and environmental aspects, recommending contractual structures and measures aimed at mitigating identified risks. He also advises companies in the betting and i-gaming sectors in different areas of law, with a special focus on compliance and regulatory issues before the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA).
