Érico represents clients in tax consulting related to transactions and complex matters in financial and capital markets, both in operations and for purposes of compliance with taxation applicable to their participants and investors, including market infrastructures, fintechs and Virtual Asset Service Providers. In tax litigation, he handles administrative and judicial tax disputes at the federal and municipal levels, focusing on the defense of clients’ interests and the identification of potential tax liabilities. He also provides support in M&A and corporate transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, and tax-efficient corporate reorganizations, particularly in the financial, asset management and Private Equity sectors.
