He has extensive experience advising publicly and privately-held companies, financial institutions, asset managers and administrators in Brazil and abroad. He is particularly active in structuring capital market transactions, securitization and structured finance.
Solid track record in domestic and cross-border transactions, with a focus on the infrastructure, energy, sanitation, real estate and agribusiness sectors. He has participated in the structuring of various issues of debentures, CRIs, CRAs, commercial notes and bonds, with local and international funding.
He was an international associate at a major New York law firm, from 2024 to 2025.
