With more than two decades of experience, Luiz advises clients on transactional and regulatory matters, supporting companies ranging from startups to large corporations in structuring businesses and conducting projects involving new technologies and intangible assets.

He has experience in structuring technology-based business models, developing and commercializing artificial intelligence solutions, complex contractual negotiations, and M&A and joint venture transactions involving intellectual property, technology and personal data. He also represents clients before regulatory authorities in data protection matters, advises on responses to security incidents, and assists in the development of artificial intelligence governance programs.
