Manoela advises clients on local and cross-border transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and inbound and outbound investments across various sectors of the economy, including pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, electric power, and industry and services. She represents both publicly held and privately held companies in corporate and governance matters.

She is qualified to practice law in both Brazil and New York and has experience coordinating multijurisdictional deals for lawyers and clients. From 2014 to 2015, she was an international associate at one of New York’s most prestigious law firms.
