Vitor works in capital markets, securitization transactions, and public offerings of securities, including stocks and shares in structured investment funds, as well as corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

He participates in significant transactions, such as public offerings of stocks, debentures, promissory notes, investment fund shares, and real estate and agribusiness receivables certificates, among other securities. He advises financial institutions, private equity funds, portfolio managers and administrators, and both national and international companies.
