Marcos is a lawyer with over 10 years of experience in litigation and arbitration. He advises on strategic matters, assisting domestic and international mid-sized and large clients, with a focus on arbitration, strategic litigation, and corporate transactions.

He has significant experience in corporate disputes, succession-related conflicts and proceedings involving corporate, contractual, real estate and public law matters. He also advises on disputes and transactions in Brazil and abroad.
