He focuses on structuring secured financings for both commercial aircraft and business jets, helping clients achieve commercially sound, efficient outcomes.

Jack’s experience includes guiding clients through leasing arrangements, portfolio acquisitions, and purchase agreements with a clear eye on risk management and transaction goals. His perspective is strengthened by an in-house secondment with Airbus in Toulouse, where he supported the commercial and financing legal team on international aircraft deals.
