Recommended in The Legal 500 United Kingdom 2025 in the Employment: Employers category, he is recognised for delivering practical, business-minded solutions that help clients navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.

Daniel works with UK and US-headquartered companies, particularly in the luxury retail, tech, and manufacturing sectors. He specialises in advising international businesses on inbound employment law issues in the UK, offering clear guidance on multi-jurisdictional HR challenges.

His experience includes drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants, confidentiality, and trade secret agreements, advising on contractor issues in the gig economy, handling senior executive exits and reorganisations, and managing claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and data protection.
