Simon is a Legal Director on Eversheds Sutherland’s Commercial and IT team.

Simon specializes in advising on major outsourcing contracts, complex commercial contracting, ICT projects and data privacy.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Simon was a senior legal counsel at Rolls-Royce plc where he was the lead lawyer for Rolls-Royce’s IT and Aerospace supply chain functions for nearly 6 years. Before that, Simon was a technology and IT lawyer at Browne Jacobson LLP for almost 13 years.
