Simon is an International M&A Partner in our Corporate group.

He is based in our London office and works closely with our teams in France, Spain and Italy. He is a member of the board that manages the Eversheds Sutherland Latin American Alliance and he works with clients in this region, particularly Brazil. He also works with our teams in the US assisting clients with business interests in Europe.

Simon specializes in advising on substantial international corporate finance transactions including initial public offerings, fundraisings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He typically represents major corporates, both public and private. He has particular experience in the aviation sector advising both airlines and airports, the packaging sector, and also the healthcare sector where he advises several of the largest care home providers in the UK. Simon's clients are typically headquartered in Europe or the US with operations around the world.
