Richard is Head of the Energy and Infrastructure Construction team and is Co-Head of the firm’s Offshore Transmission team.

Richard advises on the acquisition, financing, construction, operation and divestment of international clean energy projects.

Richard in particular advises on the offshore wind and offshore transmission sectors with deep firsthand knowledge of the specific issues arising in the construction and operation of offshore wind farms and interconnectors. To date, he has advised developers, investors and financiers on the construction and operation of over 25 offshore wind farms and 11 interconnectors around the world.
