Phillip is Head of the UK Chemical Sector group, based in our Manchester office. He specializes in minerals and waste/landfill matters.

He undertakes significant transactional work for major corporate occupiers, and project manages the real estate aspects of multi-jurisdictional corporate sales and acquisitions with values of up to £5 billion. Phillip provides strategic advice on a daily basis to household names such as Stanley Leisure, Tarmac, Anglo American plc and United Utilities.
