Lee is an M&A Partner in our global corporate group, based out of London. Lee has a particular focus on advising companies on high value, complex and/or multijurisdictional M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships and has a particular interest in the health and life sciences sector.

Having worked for Eversheds Sutherland since his qualification as a solicitor in 2012, Lee has a deep familiarity with our global network with whom he regularly works closely to deliver some of our most strategic or complex M&A projects. Lee has gained valuable insight on the client-experience in executing and integrating international M&A by spending time seconded to both a FTSE 250 multinational business in London and a global commodities merchant in Switzerland.
