Kuljeet is a partner in our Company Commercial Practice Group.

Kuljeet is a member of our Governments and Infrastructure sector group’s senior management team and leads our Governments and Strategic Project subsector. She also leads our team in the delivery of partnership and joint venture structures for large-scale regeneration and development projects across the UK advising on methods and structures for land pooling and for capturing land value and profit share over the course of long-term partnerships.

Kuljeet has over 20 years’ experience of advising public sector and private sector clients on appropriate delivery structures, including corporate vehicles and contractual arrangements, regularly leading options appraisals and business case reviews to develop the optimum delivery structure. She is a leader in her field in relation to property-based joint ventures and has led and managed numerous large-scale public procurements.
