Joanna Sowerby has experience acting for both developers and investors advising on complex development projects and acquisitions and disposals of real estate.

Joanna is a Legal Director in the Real Estate practice group in our Manchester office. She acts for developers in respect of development and regeneration projects including forward funding, build-to-rent and mixed-use schemes and also advises institutional investors in respect of acquisitions, disposals and lettings of schemes including industrial, offices, retail, residential and mixed-use schemes.

In her spare time she enjoys travel, tennis, reading and attending the theatre.
