Jason Wurzal is a partner in our Finance Group and leads our corporate borrower stream in the UK. He advises on all aspects of finance and treasury matters and has particular expertise in, corporate lending acting for public and private companies and lenders, and leverage finance acting for sponsors. Jason advises across a wide range of sectors including, retail, healthcare, manufacturing and TMT and regularly supports clients on cross border matters, working closely with our finance teams in Europe and beyond.
