Hammad is an international M&A lawyer in our corporate group with experience working for major global corporates and listed companies. Hammad has worked as a dedicated corporate lawyer since qualifying in 2019. He has experience in various domestic and international corporate transactional work, including core M&A, group reorganizations, private equity investments, and general corporate governance matters.

Hammad’s broader experience includes two years working in real estate litigation and a six-month secondment to our Abu Dhabi office. He worked on varied commercial projects, including preparing a suite of template contracts for Emirates NBD.
