David Murray is a Principal Associate in the Technology team in London. David assists customers and suppliers on a wide range of commercial and technology agreements and digitalisation initiatives.

David advises a number of our financial services clients on their procurement of technology services and assists them in navigating the regulatory framework which applies to outsourcings and third party arrangements in the financial services sector.

In 2019, David spent six months on secondment to the Santander Services Legal team, advising the bank on a wide range of technology agreements including: SaaS agreements, cloud-based platform agreements, agile methodology software arrangements and a wide-range of other IT and service agreements.
