Craig is co-Lead of our global Technology in Financial Services group and leads our Fintech practice in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Craig has led significant transactions across all sectors but has a particular focus on the Financial Servies, Technology and Energy sectors.

Craig joined the firm in 2015 after 12 years as an in-house lawyer at IBM, Oracle and Indian Outsourcing provider, TCS. In his last role Craig was IBM’s lead counsel for Financial Services in Europe and Head of the FS Regulatory team in EMEA.

Craig advises banks, insurers, payment service providers, pension schemes, hedge funds, investment and asset managers, integrated oil & gas companies and regulated utilities on:

Craig is a key member of Eversheds Sutherland’s global cyber-security practice and advises clients on a range of preventive strategies as well as supporting clients in responding to an recovering from business-impacting cyber incidents and system outages.

Craig is the sponsor for the firm’s “Africa Technology Alliance.”

He is a regular speaker on IT Outsourcing, FS regulatory compliance, Cyber Security and Operational Resilience in the Financial Services Sector.
