Courtney qualified as an Associate in our Restructuring team within the Finance Group in March 2022.

Courtney’s recent experience includes advising banks, accountants and corporate clients on various insolvency and restructuring issues such as security enforcement, distressed disposals and directors’ duties. Courtney has experience in both non-contentious and contentious corporate restructuring and insolvency matters. Courtney trained with Eversheds Sutherland and undertook seats in Banking and Restructuring, Tax and Real Estate Litigation. Prior to that, Courtney worked as a Paralegal in the Real Estate team based in Leeds.
