Colin is a Partner in our UK Tax group.

He undertakes a broad range of tax work specializing primarily in corporate and real estate related taxes acting for both public and private sector clients. Colin's corporate tax experience includes advising on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations and on the tax aspects of general commercial activities.
