Chris is a Corporate Partner in our global TMT M&A and PE group, based out of London and having recently returned from a 6 month Secondment to the firm’s San Francisco office.

Chris represents major corporates, private equity houses, founders and management teams across all aspects of M&A and private capital transactions in the technology sector, often with a US nexus.

Having worked for Eversheds Sutherland since his qualification with the firm in 2013, Chris has a deep familiarity with our global network, in particular our US colleagues, and uses that experience to help clients get often complex, multijurisdictional deals done.
