Mark is a partner in our Energy and Infrastructure Finance team. He advises on the financing of individual assets and portfolios across Western Europe. Mark works across the full transaction lifecycle, from project development, finance structuring, drafting and negotiating facility documentation through to matters arising during the operations phase and refinancings. During 2025/6 he advised on financings for battery energy storage systems (BESS) and solar pv, biomass, gas peakers, water, social infrastructure and transportation.
