Stewart is a Partner in our Corporate practice and heads up the Indirect Real Estate team in London.

His practice is unique within the Corporate and Funds teams as his skills and practice cover both indirect real estate and real estate funds.

Stewart’s Indirect Real Estate practice, which focuses on complex joint ventures, real estate M&A, governance of real estate operating and holding structures, management agreements, profit-sharing arrangements and everything that is corporate and real estate. His Funds practice focuses on all aspects of establishment, operation and management of onshore/offshore real estate funds, including main market and offshore private REITs.

Stewart’s commitment to the Real Estate sector is further evidenced through his involvement with the Investment Property Forum, in particular, his work to establish the Next Generation group in 2011, and in 2015 he spent six months on part-time secondment as acting head of legal for Schroder Real Estate.
