Martin is a partner in our Litigation & Arbitration Group focused mainly on financial services. Martin has over 20 years of experience dealing with contentious financial services work through the courts, the ombudsman and with the regulator. Martin has dealt with matters concerning the spectrum of financial services products, and banking-related issues. Martin has experience of acting for clients in all levels of the UK court, including the Supreme Court and the Competition Appeal Tribunal. Martin has also developed a substantial practice advising crypto exchanges and lenders, and has acted in some of the highest value crypto-related disputes to come before the UK courts.
