Sarah is a Legal Director in our Litigation & Arbitration group. Sarah has over 20 years’ of financial services disputes experience, acting as both Defendant and Claimant in various types of claims. Sarah regularly advises in relation to consumer retail banking disputes, including those referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service, in particular relating to the Consumer Credit Act. Sarah also has extensive experience in managing large portfolios of claims for clients.
